is there something thin to put down over existing porch, which is half concrete, half wood, to cover old so all is same?

i bought old home where porch spans width of house. center portion is concrete covered in outdoor carpet. outside edges are wood. i want to rip up carpet and make all look same. problem is front door only sits approx. 1/4 in. over carpet. ( can barely open door over door mat.) what can i use?
