Running the back porch steps? | |
I have 10-12 steps on my back porch and i run up and down it every night and count each up and down as 2 and i do it until i reach 50. usually takes me a good 10 minutes to complete it if i dont stop for water or anything. but what imtrying to do is loose weight in the legs and thighs most of all and was wondering, is 50 sufficient or should i try for 100 every night?

1I would go for 100. If it takes you 10minutes to complete 50. It takes 15-20 minutes of aerobic exercise to start burning fat.
